Most inverter problems are diagnosable from the screen — a fault code, a flashing pattern, or a mismatch between expected and actual production. Send us a photo or short description and we'll usually identify the cause in the first reply.
No call-out fee for the diagnosis itself. We'll only recommend an on-site visit if the issue genuinely needs hands-on work.
When the issue can't be resolved remotely, our technicians come to your installation. We carry standard test gear (clamp meters, IR thermometers, insulation testers) and the most common spare consumables so most visits resolve in a single trip.
Same-day or next-day scheduling for Multan and surrounding areas. Nationwide visits arranged on request — typically within 3–5 working days.
For inverter units that need bench-level work — failed cooling fans, blown capacitors, faulty DC fuses, control-board issues — we strip, diagnose, replace components, and bench-test under load before returning the unit to service.
We source components from local distributors and reputable suppliers. Quotes are provided up-front with a parts list before any chargeable work begins.
A second pair of eyes on a brand-new installation. We verify that wiring polarity, MPPT inputs, grid-protection settings, earthing, and inverter configuration match the system design — before you sign off the installer's invoice.
Particularly useful for net-metering systems where incorrect grid-code settings can cause repeated disconnects. Independent — we are not the installer, so the report is unbiased.
Solis Cloud and SolisHome give you real-time visibility into production, alarms, and historical yield — but the initial pairing trips up a lot of users. We get it set up correctly, set sensible alarm thresholds, and walk you through the app once it's working.
Done remotely over WhatsApp in most cases (about 20–30 minutes). On-site setup available if your WiFi router is in a difficult location.

Manufacturer warranty claims must go through Ginlong's authorized channels — we are independent.
We source components for repairs we perform, but we don't run a retail parts shop.
