These Terms of Service govern the inverter-support services offered by Solis Support — a trading name of Haroon & Co, a registered business in Pakistan. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. The legal contracting party for all services is Haroon & Co.
"Solis Support" is a trading name and service brand of Haroon & Co, a registered business in Pakistan operating in Wholesale and Retail Trade. All references to "we," "us," "our," or "Solis Support" refer to Haroon & Co as the legal contracting party.
"You" or "Customer" refers to any person or entity engaging our services through our website, WhatsApp Business profile, email, telephone, or in person.
Solis Support is an independent technical-support and repair service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by Ginlong Technologies — the manufacturer of Solis-brand inverters. We service Solis-brand inverters as an independent third party.
"Solis" in our brand name refers to the Latin word for sun. We service Solis-brand inverters under the principle of independent third-party support — similar to how independent repair shops service products from a wide range of manufacturers.
We provide the following inverter-support services:
Services are limited to Solis-brand inverters. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround time depend on inverter model, fault complexity, parts availability, and the customer's location.
The following are not within our service scope:
Service fees vary based on the type of service, parts required, and travel distance for on-site visits. We provide a quote before any chargeable work begins. By accepting our quote (verbally, in writing, or via WhatsApp), you authorise us to proceed with the work and agree to the stated fees.
Remote diagnosis is generally free of charge. On-site visits, repairs, and parts are chargeable. Payment terms are stated on individual invoices issued in the name of Haroon & Co.

Independent service may or may not affect your manufacturer warranty depending on the warranty terms of your inverter and the type of work performed. You are responsible for reviewing your manufacturer warranty terms before requesting independent service from us. We recommend consulting the authorized Ginlong / Solis distributor in your region for any warranty-covered issue.
We do not represent or claim that our services are covered by, endorsed by, or compatible with manufacturer warranty terms.
We strive to deliver high-quality service. If a fault we serviced recurs within 30 days of our service (and is the same fault, on the same component, in the same conditions), we will revisit the diagnosis at no additional service charge — though parts and travel costs may still apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service. We are not liable for:
"Solis," "Ginlong," and related marks are the property of Ginlong Technologies. We use the term "Solis" in a descriptive sense to indicate that our services are for owners of Solis-brand inverters. We do not claim ownership of or authorization for any third-party trademark. Our brand name "Solis Support" is used in good faith to describe our service activity (independent support for Solis-brand inverter owners) and does not imply affiliation with the manufacturer.
We use the Meta WhatsApp Business API to communicate with customers. By engaging our services and providing your WhatsApp number, you consent to receiving service-related communications from us via WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan.
Haroon & Co reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
